Encompass Blog

September 13, 2017

By John D. Martin

It’s my pleasure to welcome you to the Nelson Mullins Encompass Blog. Over the past year the Firm has been working tirelessly to rebrand of our website, logo, and client engagement materials.  Along with that, comes a rebirth of the Encompass website and blog with many new features.

For those of you who are unfamiliar with Nelson Mullins Encompass, we are a dedicated eDiscovery & Information Governance practice group of Nelson Mullins and one of, if not the, largest truly full-service eDiscovery to courtroom provider in the country.  We serve as Enterprise eDiscovery and Global eDiscovery and Review Counsel to clients in heavily regulated industries across the country.

Accountability and thorough integration of technology with litigation strategy are the cornerstone of our practice.

The last 18 months have brought about much change to our practice group as we have added many new, highly specialized professionals, including a dedicated team exclusively focused on incorporating data analytics and artificial intelligence in every client matter.  Our attorneys, project managers, and litigation technology professionals oversaw the management and work product of over 1500 review attorneys across 14 states in one of the largest M&A eDiscovery in recent years. We have been blessed to participate in numerous pro bono and community service projects in an effort to give back to the communities that give us so much. It was been a truly unforgettable year for Encompass.

I invite you to check in with us every other week for an updated blog post from our team. We hope you’ll gain an insight into our Firm culture, client experience, and sample our broad capabilities and our perspective. We look forward to engaging with you.

Thanks for tuning in.
