Columbia partner Lucie Cohen moderated an International Legal Technology Association panel on best practices and initiatives for diversity and inclusion within organizations. As companies evolve to be more inclusive and diverse, they can share techniques with each other about how to support a diverse workforce, align social responsibility goals, and grow awareness in the company.
In this webinar, corporate legal professionals gathered to discuss diversity and inclusion experiences at their own companies, which included Duke Energy, AT&T, and Altria. Panelists also talked about how to build programs with external partners to ensure social responsibility for all diverse communities.
Cohen serves as discovery counsel to clients in complex litigation matters and government investigations, developing discovery response strategies, negotiating ESI protocols and other discovery orders, and advocating on behalf of clients regarding scope of discovery, burden issues, and culling and search methodologies. She is a member of the South Carolina Women Lawyers Association, South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys’ Association, and DRI - The Voice of the Defense Bar, to name a few.
