FinTech and E-Discovery

FinTech University Series

Continuing the FinTech University series, join the chair of Nelson Mullins FinTech and Regulation Practice, Richard Levin, and Nelson Mullins attorneys Robert Lindholm and Soren Young for this one-hour session, “FinTech and E-Discovery.” They will discuss the basics of e-discovery with a focus on unique issues that many FinTech companies encounter. Those issues include challenges presented by highly complex and technical business operations, non-traditional communications platforms, and unique and sometimes voluminous data.

Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit will be sought for all attorneys who request such and certificates of attendance are available for CPE purposes. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.

Levin chairs the firm's FinTech and Regulation Practice. He advises clients on corporate, FinTech, securities, and regulatory issues.

Lindholm focuses his practice on government investigations and white collar defense, high stakes business litigation and class action defense, and e-discovery and litigation readiness.

Young practices in the areas of government investigations, class action defense, high-stakes business litigation, and consumer and commercial arbitration, primarily on behalf of clients in the financial services, pharmaceutical, and FinTech industries.
