WinFin - A Year in Review: Legal Issues in FinTech

Encompass of counsel Mallory Acheson will be presenting at Nelson Mullins' second annual Women in FinTech (WinFin) Conference. Hosted by the firm and Miami Dade College, the 2023 event will hold panels of distinguished thought leaders like Acheson to discuss FinTech and its overall development. 

Acheson's presentation, "A Year in Review: Legal Issues in FinTech," will discuss the metaverse and more.

Acheson focuses her practice on privacy and security compliance, technology transactions, and the intersection of data and electronic discovery issues. She helps clients navigate domestic and internal privacy laws, including CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, TCPA, HIPAA, and GLBA. 

WinFin is a Nelson Mullins group of women in FinTech that aims to support, connect, elevate, and present women as leaders in the FinTech industry.
