Nelson Mullins Encompass recently celebrated Mallory Acheson’s nomination for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s “Nashville’s Top 30 Under 30.”
The Middle Tennessee chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (CFF) recently announced that Nashville associate Mallory Acheson was selected as an honoree of Nashville's Top 30 Under 30. Acheson is head of analytics for the firm's litigation group.
“We had so many outstanding young professionals nominated this year, which is a testament to how many talented young professionals there are in Nashville” said Heather Hines, Development Director for the CFF of Middle Tennessee. “We are very proud of this year’s group and look forward to seeing them better the community and spread cystic fibrosis awareness.”
Acheson is a member of the Tennessee Bar and heads an analytics group that consults on e-discovery issues for the firm, which she joined in 2017. Outside of her work, she dedicates time to her church, volunteers with organizations like Hands on Nashville and the Magdalene House, mentors law students, and researches and writes for organizations such as Duke Law EDRM.
Nashville’s Top 30 Under 30 recognizes the city’s most active young professionals and philanthropists under the age of 30, according to the foundation. This 16-week recognition program and philanthropic competition raises funds for the CFF's work to develop ways to control and cure cystic fibrosis. Honorees were nominated by their co-workers, family, and friends for their contributions to Nashville’s charitable and professional fields.
The honorees will be acknowledged at the Top 30 Under 30 celebration gala at the Sheraton Hotel on Saturday, Feb. 1, 2020, at 6 p.m. The event, which is open to the public, will highlight each honoree’s accomplishments, feature a silent auction, and celebrate the CFF’s mission to cure cystic fibrosis.
