Partner and leader of the Encompass practice group John Martin and partner Lucie Cohen have been recognized by Chambers and Partners in the Global 2023 Guide alongside two other Nelson Mullins partners. The firm has also been awarded global rankings for the second year in a row.
Martin and Cohen were recognized in the E-Discovery and Information Governance section for their superior qualities including technical legal ability, professional conduct, client service, commercial astuteness, diligence, commitment, and other qualities that clients deem most valuable according to the publisher’s methodology.
Martin focuses his practice at Nelson Mullins on the interplay of high stakes litigation, electronic discovery, information management, and cybersecurity. He has been included on the Chambers Global list since 2020.
Cohen focuses her practice at Nelson Mullins on serving as discovery counsel to clients in complex litigation matters and government investigations, developing discovery response strategies, negotiating ESI protocols and other discovery orders, and advocating on behalf of clients regarding scope of discovery, burden issues, and culling and search methodologies. This is her second year of being named to the Chambers Global list.
