Encompass's Client Enterprise Initiatives Consultant Laura Huff received two certificates through the Association of Records Managers & Administrators (ARMA) International, a not-for-profit membership association for information professionals, primarily information management and information governance.
Huff received the ARMA certification of Information Governance Professional (IGP). The IGP is a premier certification focused exclusively on the high-level, strategic practice of information governance. She also received the accreditation, "Essentials of Information Governance" which recognizes individuals who complete ARMA's Essentials of Information Governance comprehensive exam.
Huff manages complex e-discovery matters through the full Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) lifecycle, including information governance, preservation, collection, processing, training, review, quality control, production, deposition, and trial preparation. She advises clients with enterprise level initiatives including creating and implementing policies and procedures in furtherance of effective records management and information governance.
