Encompass Team Members Become Relativity Certified Administrators

Nelson Mullins Encompass Content Analytics Platform (EnCAP) Analyst Jessica Byrd, Senior EnCAP Analyst Brandy Dorris, Client Data Management Team (CDMT) Specialist Sean O’Toole, and EnCAP Analyst August Thompson recently earned Relativity Certified Administrator designation. Relativity provides electronic discovery software solutions that give corporations, government entities, and law firms the tools to manage litigation, investigations, and Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests.  

Earning this status demonstrates knowledge of all aspects of case administration in Relativity. Other Encompass team members who have achieved Relativity Certified Administrator status are Discovery Business Manager Richie Barber, Senior CDMT Specialist Andrea Counsell, Senior CDMT Specialist Brad Lynch, Senior CDMT Specialist Kandace Middleton, CDMT Specialist Alma Robichaux, and CDMT Specialist Chris O’Kane.

Jessica Church Byrd provides production specialization, data process improvements, and special project assistance to attorneys and clients throughout the e-discovery phase of litigation. Based in the firm's Winston-Salem office, she has been with Nelson Mullins Encompass for two years. Previous legal and electronic discovery experience includes roles as senior CDMT specialist at Nelson Mullins and project manager for another e-discovery vendor. 

Brandy Dorris provides expertise in forensic data processing including data extraction, culling, hosting, and analytics tasks to attorneys and clients throughout the e-discovery phase of litigation. Based in the firm's Nashville office, she has been with Encompass for two years. Previous legal and electronic discovery experience includes e-discovery senior operations coordinator at Deloitte. She is also certified in NUIX e-discovery and NUIX web review and analytics.

Sean O’Toole provides litigation support services to attorneys and clients throughout the e-discovery phase of litigation. Based in the firm's Columbia office, he has worked with Encompass for seven years. Previous legal and electronic discovery experience includes roles as a contract reviewer with privilege and responsiveness review experience and contract attorney providing legal services related to real property and health care law. He is a member of the South Carolina Bar.

Augusta Thompson provides data processing and processing workflow improvements, culling and metadata specialization, and discovery data analysis to attorneys and clients throughout the e-discovery phase of litigation. Based in the firm's Columbia office, she has been with Encompass for four years. Previous legal and electronic discovery experience includes roles as client data manager. She is also certified in Nuix, Nuix Analytics and Web Review, CEDS, CLSP.
