Several Nelson Mullins Encompass members have earned certifications by prominent electronic discovery companies related to the work they do for the firm’s clients.
Nelson Mullins Senior Encompass Content Analytics Platform (EnCAP) Analyst John Ziglar recently earned Relativity Certified User status. Earning this status demonstrates knowledge of the core document review features and ability to work as an end user in Relativity. Other Encompass team members who have achieved Relativity Certified User status are Discovery Analytics Specialist Jonathan Alef, Discovery Counsel and Project Manager Sean Allen, EnCAP Manager Wes Bramlett, Senior Client Data Management Team (CDMT) Specialist Andrea Counsell, Discovery Counsel and Project Manager West Lee, Discovery Counsel and Project Manager Rick McGee, Discovery Analytics Specialist Jill Ragan, Senior Client Data Management Team (CDMT) Specialist Emily Smith, and Litigation Solutions Analyst Augusta Thompson.
Senior CDMT Specialist Andrea Counsell earned Certified Electronic Discovery Specialist Certification this month. Discovery Operations Manager Luke Fox and Litigation Solutions Analyst Augusta Thompson also hold this distinction.
The Association of Certified Electronic Discovery Specialists’ E-Discovery Executive Certification Program added Discovery Services Coordinators Adam Elliott, Taylor Martin, Gordon Mayfield, and Kristy Peterson to its accreditation, along with User Management Specialist Zade Miller and Evidence Intake Coordinator Belinda Owens. The training provided in this program provides the groundwork for broadening knowledge in the e-discovery process to avoid ethical lapses and to keep up with the standard of practice. Course topics include ethics, international discovery, project planning, budgeting, and information management.
User Management Specialist Zade Miller also earned QuickBase App Builder Certification. QuickBase is a low-code application development platform used by Encompass.
