Two members on the Nelson Mullins Encompass team have recently received certifications from the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS). These certifications recognize their hard work enabling them to perform above and beyond for the firm’s clients.
Senior User Management Specialist Pam Steed received the E-Discovery Executive certification. Receiving this certification recognizes her knowledge pertaining to essential e-discovery subjects. Candidates who obtain this certificate demonstrate the important fundamentals in understanding the process to request and produce documents for lawful purposes.
Discovery Analytics Specialist Jonathan Alef excelled on his CEDS Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS) exam earning him CEDS credential. Earning this globally recognized credential confirms an individual’s e-discovery skill and knowledge regardless of their specialized focus, as well as informing clients, employers and specialists within the legal industry of their mastery level e-discovery knowledge.
