Columbia partner and Encompass member Jarrett Coco will be presenting, “Choose Your Own Mobile Adventure: Mobile Devices in Theory and Practice,” at the 14th Annual Electronic Discovery Institute (EDI) Leadership Summit hosted in Fort Lauderdale, FL on October 18.
The panel will feature Coco along with his co-panelists, Stephanie Angel with Fresenius Medical Care, Mitch Keeler with Cummins, Henry Link with Meta Platforms, Julie Son with Cencora, and Moira Sweazey with Captial One. The panelists will conduct an interactive panel in which audience members can “choose their own adventure” by casting their votes to key questions posed by the panelists. The questions will be related to litigation and litigation readiness, preservation, collection, personal vs. business device classification, employee privacy, and more. The panelists will then offer their feedback and the pros and cons of each decision.
Coco is a member of the firm’s electronic discovery division, Encompass. His legal practice focuses on e-discovery and litigation readiness, pharmaceutical and medical device litigation, commercial litigation, information governance, and records and document management. Coco’s legal practice has earned him recognitions such as The Best Lawyers in America Ones to Watch in commercial litigation.
The EDI Annual Leadership Summit and its panels are geared towards in-house counsel and have become an essential piece of education to those in the legal technology industry.
