Nelson Mullins Encompass was established more than a decade ago in direct response to requests by our clients who sought a higher degree of accountability, enterprise level strategy, and experienced courtroom judgment to handle their high risk electronic discovery challenges. Those clients, who understand that discovery advocacy and processes can impact every aspect of a case, have entrusted to us some of the largest electronic discovery matters in the country. Our team of courtroom advocates, technical specialists, and project management professionals proudly provide those clients with end to end electronic discovery services, leaving no doubt as to our accountability for the work.
