Columbia partners and Encompass members Heyward Bonyata and Jarrett Coco will be panelists at the upcoming ALM Legalweek 2025 in New York.

Bonyata will be participating in the panel, “Data Management in Multi-District Litigation (MDL): Tackling the Challenges of Volume and Complexity.” She will present alongside co-panelists, Heena Bhambhlani with Assurance, EY, Vikram Masson with Redgrave LLP, and Nordo Nissi with AlixPartners.

Coco will be speaking on the panel, “Strategic Use of Data in High-Stakes Litigation: Insights from the Trenches.” He will be joined by co-panelist, Maria Slobodchikova with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.

A member of the firm’s electronic discovery division, Encompass, Bonyata utilizes her experience in e-discovery and information management to counsel clients on a variety of data-related issues on a large and small scale. She has experience seeing discovery matters through from start to finish, including those involving large corporate entities and those involving government-regulated entities.

Coco is a member of the firm’s electronic discovery division, Encompass. His legal practice focuses on e-discovery and litigation readiness, pharmaceutical and medical device litigation, commercial litigation, information governance, and records and document management.
