Partner and electronic discovery group leader John Martin moderated a panel discussion at Electronic Discovery Institute’s (EDI) Judicial Training Symposium on November 13-14 in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. John’s panel discussion was titled, “If Everyone Has a Smartphone, Should There Be Smartphone Discovery in Every Case?”
The fourth annual Judicial Training Symposium is a joint educational initiative of the Electronic Discovery Institute and The Federal Judicial Center. This years’ training included the foundations of the federal rules: proportionality, scope, cost, and reasonableness.
