Congratulations to Encompass's discovery counsel and advanced solutions consultant West Lee and review manager Will Sweeten on recently receiving e-discovery certifications from Relativity. Relativity certifications validate proficiency in e-discovery and establish credibility as a subject matter expert. These certifications recognize their hard work enabling them to perform above and beyond for the firm’s clients.
Lee earned a Relativity Analytics Specialist (RAS) certification in which recognizes individuals who have extensive experience with analytics in Relativity. Individuals with this certification demonstrate the ability to successfully run a case implementing a variety of Analytics tools – from the creation of indexes to managing an active learning project. Having previously earned his Relativity Review Management Specialist and Relativity Certified Administrator certifications, Lee has officially been granted the status of Relativity Expert.
Sweeten passed his Relativity Review Management Specialist exam, demonstrating a manager's ability to monitor review team efficiency and accuracy, streamline review processes, and report on the status of document reviews. Those who have experience administering the review process and consulting on the implementation of review workflows are the best candidates for certification.
Lee has significant experience leveraging technology and data analytics tools to assist clients through a variety of challenges across the EDRM case lifecycle. He also regularly coordinates with clients and case counsel on complex and overlapping litigation and investigative matters, with experience in training and leading review teams of all sizes in a wide variety of large-scale e-discovery matters relating to products liability, antitrust, and intellectual property, among others.
Sweeten's experience includes managing document review projects for clients and leading review teams, which involve diverse areas of the law, including antitrust, employment, healthcare, and products liability law, among others.
