Nelson Mullins Encompass is thrilled to announce that Encompass Review Manager Kay Milligan has earned her Relativity Review Management Specialist certification. This marks Milligan’s first Relativity certification, and Encompass Discovery Manager and Innovation Strategist Rick McGee noted that there are "more to come down the road."

Relativity states that this exam and certification "demonstrates a review manager's ability to monitor review team efficiency and accuracy, streamline review processes and report on the status of document reviews. Those who have experience administering the review process and consulting on the implementation of review workflows are the best candidates for certification."

Kay works in the electronic discovery arena and has experience training and supervising document review teams in a variety of matters including healthcare and government investigations.
