Four Nelson Mullins Encompass E-Discovery attorneys were among those listed in Chambers and Partners' 2025 USA Guide.
In addition to the USA-Nationwide E-Discovery & Information Governance practice area achieving a Band 3 ranking, four attorneys achieved the following individual rankings:

- Travis Bustamante – Band 4
- Heyward D. Bonyata – Up and Coming
The group and attorneys' rankings in the USA Guide comes months after they achieved similar rankings in Chambers' Global Guide.
