• As Enterprise e-discovery Counsel for Fortune 50 client, we provide e-discovery and information governance counsel across the enterprise and discovery counsel services on a range of government investigations and litigation matters, including representing the company as discovery counsel in an MDL involving antitrust allegations in the health insurance industry, providing discovery and review counsel services in connection with government investigations and subpoena requests, and advising the client on preservation and defensible information governance matters and strategies.
